Upward Bound VBS

July 6th through July 10th, 2009

9 am until 12 pm

We invite all children from age 4 through 6th grade.  Parents are invited to Monday’s Opening Ceremony which will be followed by light refreshments.  This will be a time to become acquainted with the program and to ask any questions.  The Closing Program will be on Friday, July 10th from 7 pm to 8 pm.  Refreshments will be served after the program.

Cost: FREE – there is no charge but we will gratefully accept donations to cover the cost of materials and snacks.

*Parking – Please do not park in the Harford House parking lot next door – you may be towed if you do!  Park on the street or in the lot behind the former funeral home on the corner of Oakcrest and Harford.

ITEMS NEEDED: Pretzels, popcorn, Goldfish crackers, freeze-pops (one week before), Chex Mix, Marshmallows (mini and large), 100% fruit juices, Ritz Crackers, Cheese Nip Crackers, Teddy Grahams, Vanilla Wafers and Cookies, Animal Crackers, 5 ounce Dixie cups, plastic Baggies, Lemonade Mix, pure apple juice, coffee.

**The week before the program: apples, carrots, watermelon, cantaloupe, celery, and ranch dip.

**The week of the program: baked goods for the staff.
