(Proverbs 27:17 NIV) “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another”.

God is making a major IMPACT on the world through Aisquith’s focus on missions. Once a year, we minister in person to people in other parts of the world through our IMPACT program. Our missions trips have taken us to Mexico, Jamaica, as well as some parts of the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for those 14 or older to change lives – and to have their own lives changed.
(Matthew 28:19, 20 NIV) “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Prayer requests, news, and contact information for those who labor full time on the missions field.
(Psalm 5:2,3 NIV) “Listen to my cry for help, my King and my God, for to you I pray. In the morning, O LORD, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait in expectation.”
The most important thing we do is ask for His help! We have an active prayer chain, and we sometimes have a prayer meeting on Wednesday night at 7pm in Pastor Bell’s office (check the calendar).
(Psalm 95:1 NIV) “Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before him with thanksgiving and extol him with music and song.”
One of the greatest joys we can experience is praising our God in song. Our Choir can always use a few good voices!.
The Women In the Church (WIC) is an organization of women in a local church whose purpose is to provide a framework within which each woman can discern and exercise her gifts and abilities to the glory of God in the total work and worship of the church.
(Deuteronomy 4:9 NIV) “Only be careful, and watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen or let them slip from your heart as long as you live. Teach them to your children and to their children after them.”
We are commanded time and time again to pass down to our children the things God has taught us. At Aisquith, we take that command seriously. One way is through John Ceselsky’s leadership of our youth group.
