(1) God told Moses to toss a stick of wood in the bitter water = sweet

(2) Because they complained instead of being grateful to God.

(3) No water. God told Moses to strike the rock=water came out.

(4) Jethro=Moses’ Father-in-law.

Get able men to be judges and you just handle the important ones.

(5) No other gods; idols; Lord’s name; Sabbath day; Honor folks;

murder;adultery;steal;false witness; covet.

(6) He was very upset but still pleaded with God not to destroy them all and

God changed His mind about the destroying them.
