Events You will need THIS permission slip for all trips. We ask that for any trip that you/your teen(s) would like to go on, you sign and cut out the slip, and hand it in to me with the money for the trip. (A reservation will not be made without both the signed permission slip and money.) These forms are important for insurance reasons. Please take note of the date when trip reservations need to be made by, I will have to stick to these dates so that we can both budget appropriately and know whom to expect on the trip/activity.1. Tuesday, June 22 - Go-Cart Racing at Speedway 94 - Cost $20 per person - Time 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. - We are limited on this trip to the first 15 people who sign up. Reservations must be made by June 14. We will be purchasing a four-ride package for each participant. The Speedway also has an arcade if anyone wishes to use it at their own cost. 2. Tuesday, July 6 - Six Flags America - Cost $30 per person - Time - 9:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. We are limited on this trip is limited to the first 15 people to sign up. Reservations must be made by June 21. Teens can bring either a bag lunch or money to purchase food at the park. 3. Wednesday, July 14 - Lazer-Tag at UltraZone - Cost $15 per person - Time - 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - We are limited on this trip to the first 15 people to sign up. Reservations must be made by July 7. We will be purchasing a 3 game package for each participant. 4. Tuesday, August 3 - Trip to Ocean City - Cost - $15 per person - Time - 7 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. We are limited on this trip is limited to the first 15 people to sign up. Reservations must be made by July 28. Teens can bring either a bag lunch or money to purchase food. 5. Tuesday, August 17 - Oriole game vs. Seattle Mariners - Cost $10 per person - Time - 6:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. We are limited on this trip is limited to the first 15 people to sign up. Reservations must be made by August 9. Teens can bring either a bag lunch or money to purchase food at the park. 6. Sunday, August 9 - Pool Party & Crab Feast - Cost $20 per person for the combined pool party and crab feast. - Time - 4 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. This event is open to all RockHouse members and there families. The pool party will be held at the Hillcrest Swim club. If you need directions, please ask me. I will need those of you planning to partake of the crab feast to RSVP to me at 410-444-4776 no later than August 23 so that I will know how many crabs to purchase. Please note that you can sign up for any of these events at any time before the reservation date. You don't have to wait until the last minute, and I prefer that you don't - even though that seems to be our custom. Please note as well - in order to sign-up, I must have a signed permission slip and payment in order to reserve a spot - I will not be able to purchase tickets unless payment has been made.
